We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Wishing Chair. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Your item must include the original tags and should not be damaged in any way.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked as final sale

Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of your item, we will process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return and full refund or exchange, and we will cover the return shipping costs. Please provide photographic evidence of the issue.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
